Clear information about our terms of service, your rights, privacy and the use of our website.

Last Update: October 2026

LEVELiN Group Ltd provides residential renovation, refurbishment and associated property improvement services. This page provides important information about the terms governing the use of our website and our services, together with information about privacy and cookies.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service provide general information about the basis on which LEVELiN Group Ltd provides renovation, refurbishment and associated property improvement services.
Individual projects are subject to a written quotation and/or project-specific agreement, together with any applicable terms and conditions provided to the client. The scope of works, price, payment schedule, project requirements and other project-specific terms will be set out in those documents.

1. Quotations and Project Agreements

Any quotation issued by LEVELiN Group Ltd will describe the proposed works, pricing and relevant project details. Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quotation is valid for 30 days.
A quotation does not by itself constitute a contract. A contract is formed when the quotation or order is accepted in accordance with the applicable project terms. Any changes or additional works requested after acceptance may result in additional charges and/or changes to the project programme.

2. Scope of Works and Changes

The agreed scope of works will be set out in the quotation and/or project agreement. Any work not expressly included may be treated as additional work.
Where a client requests a variation, alteration or additional work during the project, LEVELiN Group Ltd will discuss the implications for cost and timing where reasonably practicable before proceeding.

3. Pricing and Payment

Project prices and payment arrangements will be specified in the relevant quotation or project agreement. Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable VAT will be added at the prevailing rate.
Deposits, staged payments and final balances will be payable in accordance with the payment schedule agreed for the individual project.

4. Access and Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing LEVELiN Group Ltd and its contractors with reasonable access to the property at the agreed times and for ensuring that the working areas are reasonably clear and accessible.
The client is also responsible for obtaining any permissions, approvals or consents that are their responsibility under the project agreement and for providing relevant information that may affect the works.

5. Materials and Products

Materials and products will be supplied in accordance with the agreed quotation and project specification, subject to availability. Where a specified product becomes unavailable, any proposed alternative will be discussed with the client where appropriate.
Where products or materials are supplied directly by the client, responsibility for their suitability, availability and timely delivery may remain with the client as set out in the project agreement.

6. Project Timescales

Any anticipated start date, completion date or project duration is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. LEVELiN Group Ltd will use reasonable efforts to carry out the works within the anticipated programme, subject to variations, product availability, access, unforeseen site conditions and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Workmanship, Materials and Warranty

LEVELiN Group Ltd will carry out its services with reasonable care and skill.

We provide a 6-month workmanship warranty from completion of the relevant works. If the client believes that there is a defect resulting from our workmanship during this period, they should notify us as soon as reasonably practicable so that we can inspect the issue and, where appropriate, carry out remedial work.
Products, fixtures, fittings and materials supplied as part of the project are subject to any applicable manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty. Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable assistance in relation to a valid warranty claim.
The workmanship warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, accidental damage, inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear, alterations or work carried out by third parties, or matters outside LEVELiN Group Ltd’s reasonable control.
Nothing in this warranty affects the client’s statutory rights.

8. Completion and Remedial Works

On completion of the works, the client should notify LEVELiN Group Ltd of any outstanding items or concerns within a reasonable period.
Where an issue is attributable to our workmanship or falls within the applicable workmanship warranty, we must be given reasonable access and opportunity to inspect the issue and, where appropriate, carry out remedial work.
Minor outstanding or remedial items that do not materially prevent the intended use of the completed works will not, by themselves, constitute a failure to complete the project.

9. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control

LEVELiN Group Ltd will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These may include, where applicable, delays in the supply of materials or products, unforeseen site conditions, restrictions affecting access to the property, utility interruptions, adverse weather conditions, acts or omissions of third parties, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.
Where such circumstances affect the project, we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and keep the client informed where practicable.

10. Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation or termination of a project will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable quotation, project agreement and terms and conditions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict or exclude any cancellation or other statutory rights available to a consumer under applicable law.
Where a client asks us to begin services during any applicable statutory cancellation period, additional requirements may apply and will be addressed as part of the contracting process.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Any other limitations of liability applicable to a particular project will be set out in the relevant project agreement or terms and conditions and will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects a consumer’s statutory rights.

12. Complaints and Resolving Issues

We aim to provide a high standard of service throughout every project. If a client has a concern or complaint, they should contact LEVELiN Group Ltd as soon as reasonably practicable, providing sufficient details for us to investigate the matter.
We will seek to review the issue and work with the client towards an appropriate resolution. Where the complaint concerns workmanship, we must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the relevant work and, where appropriate, carry out remedial work.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright and other intellectual property rights in drawings, specifications, designs, photographs and other materials created by or on behalf of LEVELiN Group Ltd remain the property of LEVELiN Group Ltd or the relevant rights holder.
Materials belonging to third parties remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Where the client is a consumer, any rights they may have regarding where legal proceedings can be brought are not affected.

15. Important Information About These Terms

These website Terms of Service provide general information about our renovation services and do not replace the quotation, project agreement or project-specific terms and conditions issued for an individual project.
If there is any inconsistency between this general information and the terms specifically agreed for a project, the applicable project documentation will govern, subject always to any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
